REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

At Irrational Figures, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund and return policy carefully:

  1. Returns and Exchanges:

    • We accept returns of products in their original condition, including original packaging and product tags, within 14 days of your order delivery.
    • If your item is defective or damaged, we will refund the full amount. For other returns, a store credit will be issued.
    • Note: Pre-sale items are non-refundable, and sales items cannot be refunded or returned.

  2. Refund Process:

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

  3. Postage Costs:

    • You are responsible for the postage costs for returning your item, and these costs are non-refundable.
    • If you receive a refund, the cost of the original postage will be deducted from your refund.

  4. Contact Us Before Returning:
